Our role
Olalara Developments provides property development coordination and project management. Construction works are performed by independent contractors engaged per project.
Estimates
Online estimates are indicative only and are not binding quotations. Final costs are subject to land verification, approved designs, professional assessments, contractor quotations and applicable approvals.
Management fee
Our management fee is 5% of the agreed inclusive project budget, as set out in a signed agreement.
Payments
No project funds are collected through this website until legal agreements and approved payment arrangements are in place. Construction funds are released by milestone, never transferred to a contractor in full upfront.
Financing
We do not offer construction financing or installment financing.
